The Human Services charitable subsector received the largest share of million-dollar-plus giving accounting for $23.2 billion (22%) across 1,273 gifts.
Giving to Public and Societal Benefit causes totaled $20.5 billion (19%) over 1,132 gifts. Higher Education and Health followed, capturing 16% and 13% of all dollars, respectively.
